Handle mobile phone exchange orders
Verify mobile model, condition & IMEI as per process
Complete exchange orders through the company app/system
Collect and hand over exchanged devices as per SOP
Handle assigned pickup orders and update order status
If no exchange orders are available, complete 3 pickup orders in place of 1 exchange order
Coordinate with customers and resolve basic order-related queries
Achieve daily assigned targets and follow company SOPs
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
