Position- Inventory Officer
Working hours - 10:00 am to 07.00 pm
Working Days- Monday to Saturday
Experience required - 2+ years
Preferred Industry- Clothing , Apparel , Fashion or Lifestyle
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the inward and outward movement of raw materials, Fabrics.
- Enter and update all raw material transactions in Pretture software.
- Maintain accurate records of materials received from suppliers.
- Record materials issued to the production/team as per requirements.
- Track raw material stock and ensure system stock matches physical stock.
- Maintain proper records of fabric, trims, accessories, packaging materials, etc.
- Check quantity and material details during inward and outward movements.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Warehouse teams.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and report any discrepancies.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly inventory reports when required.
- Ensure all inventory entries are completed accurately and on time.
- Follow proper inventory procedures and maintain organized stock records.
