We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (Upwork & Freelancer Specialist) to drive client acquisition through Upwork, Freelancer and other freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer and other freelancing platforms.
- Write compelling proposals, communicate with clients, and convert opportunities into projects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client communication to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure a healthy sales pipeline.

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in Upwork/Freelancer bidding, Business Development, or IT services sales.
- Proven success in winning projects on Upwork/Freelancer.
- Excellent proposal writing, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
