About the Role
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who can craft engaging visual and motion content. You will handle both static and dynamic media—from social media creatives and branding assets to reels, promotional videos, and motion graphics. If you have a sharp eye for design and strong storytelling skills through video, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Graphic Design: Create high-quality visual assets for social media, digital ads, websites, brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Video Production: Edit and produce engaging long-form and short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional clips).
- Motion Graphics: Design basic animations, text effects, and dynamic motion graphics to elevate video content.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual communication aligns strictly with our brand guidelines and identity systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign concepts and execute timely deliverables.
- Post-Production: Perform photo retouching, color grading,



audio cleanup, and basic mixing when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Design Fundamentals: Solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Video Skills: Strong pacing, storytelling ability, and comfort with modern short-form video trends.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools (for image/video generation) or extra editing apps like CapCut/Final Cut Pro.
- Portfolio: A mandatory portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design projects and edited video/reel samples.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
