- Interpret medical terminology and abbreviations in preparing patients’ medical histories, discharge summaries, and other documents.
- Identify inconsistencies, errors, and missing information within a report that could compromise patient care
- Enter medical reports into electronic health records systems
- Perform data entry and data retrieval services, providing data for inclusion in medical records and for transmission to physicians.
- Produce medical reports, correspondence, records, patient-care information, statistics, medical research, and administrative material when needed.
- Set up and maintain medical files and databases, including records such as x-ray, lab, and procedure reports, medical histories, diagnostic workups, admission and discharge summaries, and clinical resumes.
- Assisting A/V Department for CMEs, live work shops,



preparing PPT, Capturing of Photos and Videos of surgeries for future references,if required.
- Any other jobs assigned by the hospital authorities.
