Role Summary:

Junior Creative Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual communication materials for the company’s brand-building, marketing campaigns, internal communication, social media, brochures, posters, presentations, and other creative design requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Candidates with from fresher to two years of experience .
- Design posters, brochures, flyers, social media creatives, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
- Support brand-building activities through consistent and professional visual communication.
- Create creative assets for campaigns, events, product promotions, and company announcements.
- Work closely with the marketing and business teams to understand design requirements and deliver suitable creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Use AI-based tools to improve design quality, speed, and creative exploration.
- Support website,



digital campaign, and content-related visual requirements when needed.

Tools / Skills Required:

- Canva
- Figma
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- AI image generation tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney and Canva AI
- Presentation design tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Gamma, and Figma Slides
- Basic understanding of social media design formats and branding guidelines

Portfolio Requirement for Creative Designer:

Candidates should share a portfolio of previous creative design works, including posters, brochures, social media creatives, branding works, presentations, or other relevant design samples.

Pay: From ₹21,500.00 per month
