Dear Candidate,

Birla Open Minds International School, L B Nagar looking for an energetic and creative Western Dance Teacher to teach dance to our little learners. The teacher should make dance fun, engaging, and build stage confidence for Annual Day, events, and competitions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching & Choreography:

- Teach Western dance forms HipHop, Contemporary, Freestyle, Bollywood Western mix
- Take dance classes for PrePrimary to Primary (Age 3 to 11 years)
- Choreograph dances for School Annual Day, Sports Day, Festivals, and Interschool competitions
- Make lessons fun, secure, and ageappropriate

2. Student Engagement:

- Build rhythm, coordination, and confidence in children
- Identify talented students and give extra training
- Maintain discipline with love and patience (Mother Teacher approach)

3. Events:

- Full responsibility for dance performances for all school events




- Coordinate costumes, props, and practice schedules
- Participate in school functions

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Certified in Western Dance / Dance Diploma preferred
- 12 years experience teaching dance in a school, academy, or studio
- Strong knowledge of Western forms + Bollywood fusion
- Passion for working with small children (311 years)
- Energetic, punctual, creative choreography skills
- Good communication skills
