Job Summary

Vidyaranya, Mandur, is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Computer Instructor to teach students computer fundamentals, digital skills, and practical applications. The ideal candidate should be able to explain concepts clearly, engage students effectively, and create a positive, hands-on learning workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach computer science and basic digital literacy to students according to the school curriculum.

- Conduct practical computer lab sessions and provide hands-on training.

- Teach topics such as computer fundamentals, MS Office, internet usage, basic programming, and digital safety, as appropriate for students' levels.

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and practical exercises.

- Assess students' learning through assignments, tests, and practical activities.

- Maintain discipline and ensure proper use and care of computer laboratory equipment.

- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

- Keep computer systems, software, and learning resources organized and updated.

- Encourage students to develop problem-solving, creativity, and digital skills.

- Coordinate with teachers and school management regarding students' progress and computer-related activities.

- Participate in school events, workshops,



examinations, and other assigned academic responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.

- Teaching qualification or prior teaching experience will be an advantage.

- Good knowledge of computers, MS Office, internet applications, and basic troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of programming or coding concepts is an added advantage.
