Magic Food Zone / JMD Enterprises is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Head of Operations to lead and oversee our multi-brand (Bikanervala, Bikano, Barista, Subway, Hotel & Magic Food Zone) restaurant and food court operations across Mathura, Vrindavan, Agra, and Jewar (Uttar Pradesh) .

This leadership role is ideal for professionals with a robust background in QSR, restaurant chains, food courts, and large-scale hospitality operations who have successfully managed multiple outlets and delivered consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end operations across multiple restaurant and food court locations.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor and control food cost, labour cost, wastage, and key operational KPIs.
- Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop outlet management teams.
- Conduct regular operational audits, performance reviews, and compliance checks.
- Enhance customer experience and maintain high service standards across all outlets.
- Oversee manpower planning, hiring, training, scheduling, and productivity.
- Build MIS reports, analyze, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Support new outlet launches,



business expansion, and process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 12+ years of experience in restaurant, QSR, food court, hotel, or large-scale hospitality operations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple outlets.
- Strong understanding of restaurant P&L;, cost control, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, people management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive performance through teams while maintaining brand standards.
- Willingness to relocate to Mathura and travel extensively across Mathura, Vrindavan, Agra, and Jewar.
