Job Title: Malayalam Voice Process

Job Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore

Job Summary:

Act as the primary point of contact for Malayalam -speaking customers via voice communication channels. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Promote products and services with cultural sensitivity and effective communication. Handle inbound and outbound calls with fluency in Malayalam and clear communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for Malayalam-speaking customers, managing all voice communications professionally and efficiently.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, providing clear and helpful information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, promote products, or gather feedback as required.

Required Skill Set:





- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam to effectively interact with customers.
- Strong ability to empathize with customers, handle complaints patiently, and provide prompt solutions.
- Ability to convey information clearly, politely, and professionally over voice calls.
- Comfortable and confident in making outbound calls for follow-ups, promotions, or feedback collection.
- Skilled in managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
