About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and dedicated Junior Teacher to teach students from Class 1st to Class 6th. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of school-level subjects and be able to create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach students from Class 1st to Class 6th.
- Handle subjects including:
- Mathematics
- English
- EVS (Environmental Studies)
- Hindi / Punjabi
- Social Studies (SST)
- Science
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans according to students' learning levels.
- Explain concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Conduct classwork, homework, tests, and regular assessments.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide individual attention wherever required.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and friendly classroom workplace.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress when required.
- Encourage students to participate in academic and co-curricular activities.
- Use creative and interactive teaching methods to make learning compelling.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Ed.



qualification is mandatory.
- Strong command of English and at least one of Hindi/Punjabi.
- Good subject knowledge at the primary and middle-school level.
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
- Patient, caring, and approachable attitude towards children.
- Ability to work with students of different learning abilities.
- Freshers with a B.Ed. qualification are welcome to apply.
- Prior teaching experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
