Job Overview

We are looking for a SEO Faculty to train, mentor, and guide students in Search Engine Optimization and related digital marketing concepts.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of SEO, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to convert industry knowledge into effective classroom and practical learning experiences.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting SEO training sessions, mentoring students, monitoring their progress, developing practical assignments, providing career guidance, and continuously updating training content based on current SEO trends and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Training & Teaching

Explain SEO concepts from basic to advanced levels using practical examples.

2. Practical SEO Training

Train students in key areas of SEO

3. SEO Tools & Analytics

Provide practical training and guidance on relevant SEO tools and ensure students understand how to use these tools for real-world SEO projects.

4. Student Mentoring & Academic Support

Conduct assigned mentoring sessions and provide practical academic guidance.

5. Assignments, Projects & Assessments

Develop practical SEO assignments, exercises, and projects and assign students real-world SEO tasks to strengthen practical knowledge.

6. Student Timeline & Module Management

Regularly monitor student timelines and academic progress and ensure assigned SEO modules are completed within the expected timeline.

7. Curriculum & Module Development

Regularly update course content based on changes in search engine practices and industry trends and contribute to the development and improvement of SEO training modules.

8. Student Engagement & Workshops

Conduct SEO workshops, seminars, webinars, and practical sessions and encourage active participation during training programs





9. Career & Placement Support

Guide students regarding career opportunities in SEO and digital marketing and provide guidance on building practical SEO projects for portfolios.

10. Industry Knowledge & Professional Development

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google updates, algorithm changes, tools, and industry practices.

11. Team Coordination

Coordinate effectively with mentors, Team Leads, Department Heads, and other academic teams and active participation in departmental meetings, reviews, and training and other engagement activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification inDigital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong practical knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Hands-on experience with SEO tools and website optimization.

Good understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.

Knowledge of keyword research, search intent, competitor analysis, and SEO analytics.

Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
