Job Summary
Pride Toyota is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)to ensure an excellent customer experience by managing customer interactions, handling feedback, scheduling service reminders, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship/Customer Support (Automobile experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
