About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to turn marketing concepts into thumb-stopping visuals across Meta, LinkedIn, and up-to-date digital channels. You will lead the journey from visual brainstorming to final execution, ensuring every piece of content is native to its respective platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Concept & Execution: Generate original visual ideas for campaigns, turning briefs into engaging graphic concepts that drive engagement.
- Platform Adaptation: Tailor assets specifically to platform cultures (e.g., polished, data-focused carousels for LinkedIn vs. bold, visual-first formats for Instagram/Meta).
- Asset Production: Produce multi-slide carousels, infographics, feed graphics, story templates, and promotional banners.
- Motion Graphics: Add basic motion, animated transitions, micro-interactions, or GIFs to visual assets to boost scroll-stopping power.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Design Suite: High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Motion Graphics: Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro,



or CapCut for light animated content.
- Social Fluency: Mastery of platform specs, visual trends, safe zones, and user behaviors across LinkedIn, Meta, and X.
- Portfolio: A strong creative portfolio displaying conceptual thinking and native social media visual design.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Graphic Designer Executive, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, creative, or agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or any other related field.
- Ability to understand feedback and make revisions efficiently.
- Strong portfolio showcasing client work is required.
- Agency experience required

Preferred:

- Experience handling designs for multiple brands or clients.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, or reels will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
