We need a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our travel team. You will talk to potential clients, pitch holiday packages, and guide them through booking options.
Key Responsibilities
- Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to leads generated from ads, website inquiries, and social media.
- Explain Tour Packages: Share details about destinations, pricing, itineraries, and seasonal offers.
- Convert Inquiries: Turn interested callers into confirmed travel bookings.
- Handle Queries: Answer questions regarding dates, hotels, transport, and inclusions.
- Maintain Records: Log all call outcomes, client preferences, and follow-up schedules in the CRM database.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
