Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound entries in SAP (Goods Receipt Note, Delivery, and Sales).
- Create and process sales orders, billing documents, and delivery challans in SAP.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate posting of material movements.
- Maintain inventory records and perform stock reconciliation between physical and SAP data.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock and dispatch reports from SAP.
- Support depot operations in stock transfers between depots and distributors.
- Handle returns, damaged goods entries, and adjustments in SAP.
- Liaise with the Accounts team for posting invoices and ensuring proper billing.
- Assist in periodic physical stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and system data accuracy.
- Basic Excel - Vlookup, Pivot table compulsory
- 1-5 yr Experience required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
