Job Title: Hostel Warden

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden to manage hostel operations, ensure student safety, maintain discipline, and provide a comfortable living environment for hostel residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor hostel students/residents.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with hostel rules.
- Manage daily hostel activities and student requirements.
- Maintain attendance records and visitor records.
- Address student concerns and coordinate with management.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the hostel premises.
- Conduct regular hostel inspections.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Handle emergency situations and report issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Responsible, patient, and approachable.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Previous hostel management experience is an advantage.

Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)
Salary: As per experience and skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
