Padmaja Systems & Services Pvt. Ltd., in association with SwordNex Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is looking for a Site Engineer with hands-on experience in waterproofing applications and structural repair works.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site execution as per project specifications
- Ensure quality of waterproofing materials and applications
- Monitor material usage and site inventory
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors & subcontractors
- Handle measurements, certifications & billing support
- Provide technical guidance on membranes, coatings, sealants & drainage systems
- Conduct leakage, moisture and other site inspections/tests
- Maintain daily reports, progress updates & QC documentation
- Ensure site safety and environmental compliance
- Identify and resolve waterproofing-related site issues




- Train and guide workers on proper application techniques and safety practices

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in site execution, waterproofing or construction
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems & structural rehabilitation
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Quality-focused approach
- Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Waterproofing / Safety certifications will be an added advantage
