Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Civil 3D / Survey CAD Technician with practical experience in Land Surveying, CAD Drafting, Survey Data Processing and Contour Generation.

The candidate should have a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D and be able to independently prepare accurate survey and civil drawings.

Qualification

- Diploma in Civil Engineering / Civil Draughtsman
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Relevant experience in Survey CAD Drafting will also be considered

Required Skills

- Autodesk Civil 3D – Mandatory
- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- Experience in Land Survey CAD Drafting
- Experience in Topographic / Survey Drawings
- Contour Generation and Contour Mapping
- Survey point and coordinate data processing
- Creation and editing of Civil 3D Surfaces
- Working with Survey Points, Levels, Coordinates and Field Data
- Knowledge of different types of Land Surveys and their drafting
- Ability to prepare Existing Ground / Existing Condition drawings
- Good understanding of CAD layers, annotation, dimensions and drawing standards




- Ability to read and understand survey data and convert it into accurate CAD drawings

Responsibilities

- Prepare CAD drawings based on land survey data
- Process survey points and coordinate information
- Create Civil 3D surfaces and contours
- Prepare topographical and existing-condition drawings
- Draft various types of land survey drawings
- Check drawings for accuracy and completeness
- Make required corrections and revisions
- Maintain organized CAD/Civil 3D project files
- Coordinate with surveyors and civil engineers when required

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, detail-oriented and accurate, with good hands-on experience in Civil 3D and Survey CAD Drafting.

Candidates with strong practical experience in Land Surveying + AutoCAD + Civil 3D + Contour Generation will be preferred.
