We are looking for an experienced Lab Manager / Assistant Manager with 3–5 years of relevant experience to oversee day-to-day laboratory operations and ensure efficient, accurate, and timely testing activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing laboratory staff, maintaining quality standards, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating laboratory requirements.

The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage laboratory activities independently while ensuring compliance with SOPs , safety procedures, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily laboratory operations.
- Supervise, guide, and allocate work to laboratory staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely testing and reporting.
- Review test results and maintain laboratory records.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality, and safety procedures.
- Monitor laboratory equipment, calibration, and maintenance.
- Manage chemicals, reagents,



consumables, and inventory.
- Handle routine technical issues and support corrective actions.
- Support audits, inspections, and quality-system activities.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, R&D;, and other departments.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of laboratory operations and testing procedures.
- Good team-management and leadership skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and quality systems.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Knowledge of ISO 17025 / NABL / GLP / GMP will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
