* Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
* Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
* Coordinate with doctors, staff, and different departments for smooth workflow.
* Monitor patient flow, revenue, targets, and overall clinic performance.
* Handle patient concerns and ensure high-quality patient service.
* Support recruitment, staff training, and team development.
* Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, policies, and operational procedures.
* Plan and implement strategies to improve patient visits, revenue, and overall clinic growth.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
