Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, creative, and results-driven Product Marketing qualified with 4 to 5 years of experience to drive product messaging, market positioning, marketing campaigns, and high-impact sales collateral.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in market research, competitive intelligence, content development, digital marketing, website messaging, campaign execution, and sales enablement. The candidate will work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and create campaigns that contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market, competitor, buyer, and industry research to identify market trends, customer pain points, and business opportunities.
- Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated product messaging and positioning for target audiences.
- Create high-quality marketing and sales collateral, including:
- Sales presentations and pitch decks

- One-pagers and product briefs

- Datasheets and brochures

- Digital marketing assets

- Event and booth graphics

- Banners and other promotional materials

- Develop and refine website messaging, including website revamps and conversion-focused landing page content.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn organic, LinkedIn InMail, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Develop compelling case studies and client testimonials by translating customer results into engaging marketing stories.
- Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align product messaging, marketing initiatives, and business objectives.
- Support sales teams with relevant, effective, and sales-ready marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve messaging, engagement, and lead-generation outcomes.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, customer expectations,



and emerging marketing practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- 4 to 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, or a related marketing role.
- Strong understanding of product marketing, positioning, and messaging.
- Experience in market research and competitive intelligence.
- Ability to translate complex products, services, or concepts into simple and compelling buyer-focused messaging.
- Hands-on experience creating digital and physical marketing collateral.
- Strong experience in email marketing and LinkedIn organic/paid campaigns.
- Experience with website messaging, landing-page copy, conversion-focused content, and website revamps.
- Experience developing case studies, testimonials, and customer success stories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Team Handling & Leadership

- Experience managing, mentoring, or coordinating marketing team members will be an added advantage.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and drive marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong ownership and ability to take responsibility for end-to-end marketing projects.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

Strong hands-on experience with AI tools to accelerate market research, messaging, content creation, campaign ideation, and marketing workflows while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
