Job Profile: Billing Staff
Company: Devaki Steels
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer bills and invoices accurately.
- Use Tally software for billing and data entry.
- Enter sales and purchase details in Tally.
- Handle cash, UPI and other payment entries.
- Maintain daily billing and sales records.
- Check customer details, quantities and rates before billing.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts team.
- Follow up on pending payments when required.
- Maintain basic records and assist with general office work.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of Tally software is required.
- Basic knowledge of accounts and calculations.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Previous billing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
