Every feature we build is validated through actual operational use before reaching customers.We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Engineering who can help us scale our engineering organization and technical platform as we enter our next phase of growth.About the RoleThis is not a traditional management position.You will be responsible for both technical leadership and engineering execution.You’ll work directly with the CEO to define the technical roadmap while leading a growing engineering organization across Backend, Frontend, AI, Infrastructure, and Platform Engineering.Initially, you’ll lead a team of approximately 7–10 engineers while remaining actively involved in architecture, design reviews, and solving the company’s most challenging technical problems.What You’ll OwnEngineering Leadership
