Job Description:
The Assistant Manager - CAT Axis will be responsible for managing and leading efforts in the CAT (Customer Acquisition Team) segment. This role involves developing strategies to enhance customer acquisition processes, analyzing market trends to identify potential opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. The Assistant Manager will also be accountable for monitoring performance metrics, ensuring that targets are met, and providing training and support to team members. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills, along with a proven track record in managing customer acquisition initiatives in the insurance sector.
