The project:

Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Delhi.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leads and develops multidisciplinary design teams to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with project and contract requirements.
- Directs design development, ensuring integration across disciplines and alignment with client and project objectives.
- Builds robust stakeholder relationships through effective engagement in client meetings, workshops and project reviews.
- Drives performance and accountability, ensuring timely, quality delivery through robust governance and reporting.
- Champions talent development through coaching, performance management and career growth initiatives.
- Advances digital innovation and the net zero carbon agenda, supporting continuous improvement and sustainable project delivery.

You’ll need to have:

- Masters in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical or relevant field of Engineering.
- 8+ years’ professional experience,



including 5+ years on relevant infrastructure and real estate projects.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable leadership role.
- Proven delivery experience across railway, metro, airport, bus terminal, commercial, or institutional developments.
