We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing team leader to lead the in-house digital marketing function across our brands. The primary focus will be SEO, website growth, lead generation and digital campaign performance.

You will develop the digital marketing strategy, execute campaigns, analyse performance and work closely with our existing social media, photography and video-editing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SEO strategy and organic website growth.
- Conduct keyword research, technical/on-page/off-page SEO and competitor analysis.
- Improve Google rankings, organic traffic and website conversions.
- Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO tools.
- Plan and execute Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other digital campaigns.
- Develop lead-generation funnels, landing pages and digital communication channels.
- Monitor CPL, conversions, ROI and overall campaign performance.
- Coordinate with social media, creative, video and website teams.
- Develop monthly digital marketing plans and management reports.
- Identify new digital platforms, automation tools and growth opportunities.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in SEO and website performance.
- Proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads and lead generation.




- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Experience with WordPress/CMS and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.
- Analytical, commercially focused and results-oriented.
- Ability to independently plan, execute and optimise campaigns.
- Strong communication and team-coordination skills.

Significant

This is not a purely social-media role. We already have dedicated social-media and photography/video teams. The successful candidate will own the broader digital growth function, with particular responsibility for SEO, websites, lead generation, paid campaigns, analytics and conversion.
