Requirements:

* Knowledge of CRM software and systems

* Ability to manage and monitor telecallers

* Good team management and communication skills

* Robust follow-up and reporting skills

* Good computer knowledge

* Ability to monitor team performance and productivity

* Responsible and target-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise the CRM and telecalling team.

* Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, leads, and team activities.

* Track individual and team performance.

* Ensure proper CRM data entry and regular updates.

* Monitor leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.

* Identify pending and missed follow-ups.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

* Guide the team to improve productivity and achieve targets.

* Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads and follow-ups.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
