Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, AI Agents, and enterprise application development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing AI-powered enterprise solutions using modern Microsoft technologies and contributing to large-scale healthcare and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using C#.
- Build AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and AI Agent frameworks.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services into enterprise applications.
- Design and implement AI/GenAI solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, AI agents, and LLM-based applications.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement prompt engineering, vector search, AI orchestration, and related GenAI capabilities.
- Optimize SQL Server databases and backend application performance.
- Implement source control and software development best practices using Git.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow modern DevOps practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning,



daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support AI-powered applications in production environments.

Technical RequirementsGenerative AI / AI-ML

- Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI.
- Experience working with LLMs and LLM-powered applications.
- Strong understanding of RAG architecture and implementation.
- Hands-on experience in AI Agent development.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI orchestration.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search.

Azure AI

- Experience integrating Azure OpenAI into enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services.
- Good understanding of Azure cloud services and AI ecosystem.

Programming & Backend

- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Strong experience with C# and enterprise application development.
- Experience developing scalable backend applications and APIs.
- Strong SQL Server knowledge, including database optimization and performance tuning.

DevOps & Engineering Practices

- Strong experience with Git and source control.




- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of modern DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and code review practices.

Secondary Skills – Good to Have

- Angular

- Experience delivering GenAI solutions in production environments.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience

- 7–10 years of overall software development experience.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML / Generative AI projects.
- Proven experience developing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Senior AI/ML Engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with practical GenAI expertise. Candidates should have real-world experience building LLM, RAG, and AI Agent solutions, preferably in production, along with strong experience in Python, C#, Azure AI, SQL Server, Git, and CI/CD.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
