Role Description

We are looking for a full time, on-site Extruder Operator for our PVC Pipe Manufacturing Factory. The Extruder Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring PVC pipe extrusion machines, maintaining proper machine settings, controlling temperature and production parameters, and ensuring consistent product quality.

The role includes machine start-up and shutdown, die and tooling adjustments, monitoring production, identifying basic machine issues, maintaining production records, and coordinating with the Quality and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth and continuous production.

Qualifications





- ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in PVC pipe extrusion or plastic manufacturing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of extrusion machines, temperature controls, and basic machine settings.
- Ability to monitor production parameters and maintain product quality.
- Basic understanding of machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Ability to follow production instructions and safety procedures.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts and factory conditions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
