- Manage organize and maintain aerospace engineering documents technical publications and airframe related content within Enterprise Content Management ECM systems
- Support document lifecycle management including creation review revision control approval workflows and archival processes
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards regulatory requirements and document control procedures
- Collaborate with engineering design manufacturing and quality teams to manage and track airframe related documentation
Technical Requirements:
- 2 6 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management ECM or Document Management Systems DMS
- Experience with ECM platforms such as OpenText Documentum Windchill Teamcenter SharePoint or similar solutions
- Understanding of aerospace documentation standards engineering change management and configuration management processes
- Familiarity with airframe engineering documents technical drawings BOMs specifications and certification records
- Knowledge of version control workflow management and document governance practices
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and reporting dashboard creation

- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience working in a global delivery workplace and supporting large scale engineering documentation programs
