Little Fingers India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an MIS Executive to support our Sales, Production, Inventory, PPC, Warehouse, and other operational teams through accurate data management, reporting, and analysis.

The ideal candidate should have strong Advanced Excel skills, good analytical ability, and the confidence to coordinate with multiple departments for timely and accurate reporting.

Freshers with robust Excel knowledge and an interest in MIS, manufacturing operations, and data analysis are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Consolidate reports related to Sales, Production, Operations, Inventory, PPC, and Warehouse.
- Maintain and update operational data using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Support Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities through tracking, data preparation, and reporting.
- Monitor production plans, actual production, pending production, and operational performance.
- Prepare and maintain inventory and warehouse stock reports.
- Track stock movement, availability, shortages, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Inventory, PPC, and other departments for timely data collection.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams for correction.
- Prepare management summaries, dashboards, presentations, and analytical reports.
- Support factory-related operational reporting and other MIS activities assigned by management.
- Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted within defined timelines.

Candidate Profile

- Fresher or candidate with 0–1 year of experience in MIS, reporting, operations, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable handling large volumes of operational data.
- Willing to work closely with factory, production, and warehouse teams.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Strong interest in MIS reporting and operational data analysis.
