About the role:

We're looking for a hands-on UI/UX Designer to review our entire product, clean up inconsistent and cluttered screens, and design new features end to end. You will also own our brand and create assets for the marketing team.

What you'll do

- Audit existing product flows and fix what is confusing or visually inconsistent.
- Design new features from problem to production-ready screens.
- Redesign high-friction workflows like eligibility, claims, and patient intake.
- Build and maintain a reusable design system.
- Design for web & desktop companion apps
- Own brand identity and create marketing assets (landing pages, decks, social, email).
- Bring original concepts and creative direction, not just execute briefs.

Must have

- Robust Figma skills including components, variants, auto layout,



and prototyping.
- Experience designing data-heavy web applications with tables, forms, and filters.
- Solid visual craft: typography, spacing, hierarchy, and consistency.
- Ability to explain design decisions from the user's point of view.
- Portfolio showing at least one complex web product.
- Comfort working directly with developers/PM.

Good to have

- Healthcare, insurance, or fintech experience.
- Basic HTML and CSS understanding.
- Illustration, iconography, or motion design.
- Experience running usability sessions.
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for marketing output.
