- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations and assigned staff.
- Allocate work and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and workplace standards.
- Coordinate with management and team members.
- Monitor quality, productivity, and work processes.
- Handle operational issues and resolve basic workplace concerns.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain necessary records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
