Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will assist with daily accounting tasks, inventory tracking, statutory compliance, and vendor reconciliation to support our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Bookkeeping: Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded in the accounting software.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, reconcile supplier ledger accounts, and track customer receipts.
- Inventory Accounting: Monitor raw material purchases, finished goods stock levels, and coordinate periodic physical stock audits.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and track cash flow.
- Statutory Compliance: Assist senior accounting staff with GST calculations, TDS deductions, and PF/ESI data preparation.




- Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly trial balances, balance sheets, and expense reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance.
- Experience: 1–3 years of accounting experience (experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred).
- Software Skills: Hands-on proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) and Microsoft Excel .
- Skills: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, GST regulations, and inventory management.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and good organizational skills.
