What we're looking for

We are looking for a strong Engineering/Technology Leader with hands-on expertise in AI/ML systems and experience leading and scaling engineering teams within a product-based company.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with business and product goals
- Lead, mentor and scale high-performing engineering teams across Backend, Frontend, MLOps, DevOps and QA
- Drive the architecture and development of scalable AI-powered products
- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, performance and reliability
- Own engineering initiatives from concept through deployment and continuous improvement
- Drive technology strategy and build-vs-buy decisions
- Establish engineering KPIs and improve overall team effectiveness

Must-Have Skills





✅ 10+ years of engineering experience

✅ 5+ years in engineering/technical leadership

✅ Strong experience with AI/ML systems

✅ Expertise in at least one major cloud platform — AWS / GCP / Azure

✅ Strong understanding of modern software development practices

✅ Proficiency in Python, Go, Java or similar technologies

✅ Strong knowledge of System Architecture, Distributed Systems & Data Infrastructure

✅ Proven experience building and scaling engineering teams

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

⭐ Positive to Have

- Experience with LLMs, NLP or Computer Vision
- TensorFlow / PyTorch exposure
- AI research or Data Science background
- Experience in B2B SaaS / AI Product companies
- Startup / Scale-up experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
