We are looking for an experienced CRM professional with strong knowledge of customer relationship management and experience in the Real Estate industry.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

- 5–10 Years of Relevant CRM Experience
- Relevant Real Estate Experience is Mandatory
- Strong Client Handling and Customer Relationship Management Skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to handle client queries, concerns and complaints professionally
- Robust Follow-up and Coordination Skills
- Good Knowledge of CRM Software and MS Office
- Ability to maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Professional, responsible and customer-focused approach

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Handle client queries, requests and concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Follow up with clients regarding bookings, documentation and other requirements
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Track client interactions, follow-ups and service requests
- Ensure timely communication with clients
- Prepare and maintain relevant CRM reports and records
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service
