OPhira Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to manage and strengthen its digital presence, online marketing, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, run, and execute digital marketing campaigns and advertisements.
- Plan, and manage social media content and ensure timely posting.
- Make timely updates and changes to the website, including offers, promotions, and relevant content.
- Handle basic customer communication and follow-ups.
- Set up, monitor, and manage WhatsApp flows for customer engagement and lead management.
- Track digital marketing activities and identify opportunities to improve reach and conversions.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Valuable understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising.
- Experience with lead management and customer communication.
- Familiarity with website content management and basic updates.
- Ability to manage WhatsApp flows and customer engagement tools.
- Strong organisational, and execution skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current digital and social media trends.

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of digital marketing activities from planning to execution.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
