Open Positions

- Operations Executive: Overseeing workflow, coordinating internal tasks, and ensuring SLA adherence.
- Caller / Voice Support Executive: Handling outbound/inbound international calls with high professionalism.
- Chat & Email Support Executive: Managing customer queries, ticketing, and issue resolution via written channels.

Role Details

- Job Type: Contractual / Freelance
- Work Model: 100% Remote (Work from Home)
- Location Eligibility: Candidates residing in Kolkata only
- Compensation: Competitive hourly payout

Requirements

- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory for international client interaction)
- Reliable laptop/desktop, high-speed broadband connection, and power backup
- Prior experience in an international BPO/voice/non-voice role is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and a qualified demeanor

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
