We’re looking for an Operations Intern to join our AdTech team and work closely on mobile advertising campaigns across global markets.
The intern will receive hands-on training in mobile campaign operations, optimization, scaling, reporting, and troubleshooting. You’ll get practical exposure to how performance campaigns are managed and optimized in the mobile advertising ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor mobile ad campaigns on a day-to-day basis
- Run and optimize campaigns using MMP platforms such as AppsFlyer and other AdTech tools
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare daily/weekly campaign reports and performance insights
- Work on scaling campaigns while maintaining performance and quality
- Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, attribution, and delivery-related issues
- Coordinate with publishers, internal teams, and other stakeholders
- Support campaign setup, tracking, testing, and ongoing operations
- Learn and implement different strategies to improve campaign performance
What We’re Looking For
- Good understanding of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Interest in mobile advertising, AdTech, and digital marketing

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
