WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

- 10 Years of Relevant Maintenance Experience
- Strong experience in handling overall maintenance operations
- Valuable knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ability to supervise and manage maintenance teams
- Experience in handling contractors, vendors and service providers
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan and monitor maintenance schedules
- Good knowledge of equipment, systems and maintenance procedures
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Professional, responsible and result-oriented approach

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and supervise overall maintenance activities
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance




- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance-related issues
- Supervise maintenance staff and allocate work effectively
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and service providers
- Monitor equipment and facility maintenance requirements
- Maintain proper maintenance records and documentation
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day maintenance operations
- Identify recurring issues and take appropriate corrective actions
- Provide regular updates on maintenance activities to management
