Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, understand vehicle service requirements, and be capable of coordinating effectively between customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Inspect and document vehicle complaints and service requirements.
- Prepare service estimates and clearly explain the required work to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and monitor the progress of service and repair jobs.
- Keep customers updated regarding job status, additional repairs, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure vehicles are properly inspected before delivery.
- Maintain accurate service records and related documentation.




- Handle customer queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive service role.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and repair processes.
- Experience working in a dealership or authorized service centre is an added advantage.
