Job Title: E-commerce Operations Executive – Flipkart

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our Flipkart seller account and day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and operate the Flipkart Seller Panel
- Process and manage daily customer orders
- Pick, check, pack and dispatch orders accurately
- Create and update product listings/catalogs
- Update product prices, inventory and stock
- Manage order cancellations, returns and RTOs
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners when required
- Maintain proper records of orders, inventory and shipments
- Monitor seller panel notifications and resolve basic operational issues
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within the required timelines




- Assist with other day-to-day e-commerce and warehouse-related work

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of Flipkart Seller Panel / E-commerce platforms
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valuable understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred
- Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations, Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon or similar marketplaces will be an advantage
