We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer with 4–6 years of experience in data visualization, dashboard development, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau and SQL, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful and interactive visual insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and analytical solutions.
- Develop advanced Tableau dashboards using calculated fields, parameters, filters, sets, groups, and LOD expressions.
- Connect Tableau with multiple data sources and perform data blending, joins, and data preparation.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Perform dashboard performance tuning and optimization.
- Validate data and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports.




- Troubleshoot issues in existing dashboards and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and technical teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions based on business needs.

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Tableau Development.
- Robust expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
- Strong SQL skills with experience working with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience in Tableau dashboard and report development.
- Good knowledge of calculated fields, parameters, filters, sets, groups, and LOD expressions.
- Experience with data blending, joins, and data preparation.
- Understanding of dashboard performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
