Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Engineer Fresher to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in electrical installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and project-related activities under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in electrical installation and maintenance activities.
- Support electrical equipment inspection, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), and wiring diagrams.
- Support panel installation, cable laying, termination, and testing activities.
- Monitor electrical equipment and report faults or abnormalities.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company standards.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and other departments for electrical work.
- Assist in commissioning and testing of electrical equipment.
- Perform other engineering activities assigned by the senior engineer/manager.

Required Qualifications





- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motors, transformers, panels, cables, and protection devices.
- Basic understanding of electrical drawings and safety practices.
- Knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at site/plant and learn current technologies.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical is an advantage.
- Knowledge of PLC, VFD, MCC, PCC and control panels will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical testing instruments such as Multimeter, Clamp Meter and Megger.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
