About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Executive to manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting processes, financial documentation, reconciliations, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Track payments, receipts, outstanding amounts, and expenses.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, payments, expenses, and financial requirements.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.




- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.
- Monitor company expenses and maintain proper supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Good understanding of GST and TDS.
- Experience with MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
