Junior Academic Counsellor

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Academic Counsellor who can understand students’ needs, guide them toward the right courses, and maintain a strong connection between students and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand students’ interests, needs, and career goals.
- Explain course details, syllabus, perks, duration, and career opportunities clearly to students.
- Counsel and guide students in choosing the right course.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and student interaction sessions.
- Follow up with students and provide timely guidance.
- Build a positive relationship with students and ensure their concerns are properly addressed.
- Act as a bridge between students and management.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams regarding student requirements and feedback.
- Maintain student records and follow-up details.




- Support student engagement and academic activities.

Experience

- 6 months – 1 year of experience in Academic Counselling, Student Counselling, Education, Training, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
