- Execute site works to drawings and specifications, including setting out, levelling, excavation, foundations, RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Supervise contractors and labour daily, allocating work, checking progress against the schedule, and resolving on-site issues quickly.
- Own quality control by inspecting reinforcement, shuttering, and concrete pours before approval; arranging material tests (cube tests, slump tests, soil and aggregate tests); and maintaining checklists and pour cards.
- Enforce site safety, making sure PPE is worn, scaffolding and excavations are protected, and toolbox talks are held regularly.
- Measure and certify work by preparing bar bending schedules (BBS), taking measurements, checking contractor bills, and reconciling materials.
- Plan materials and resources by estimating quantities, raising material requisitions on time, and tracking stock to avoid delays and wastage.
- Report and coordinate through daily progress reports, site diaries, and regular updates to the project manager, architects, consultants, and clients.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
