Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Engagement & Sales Executive to join our team. The role combines client interaction, customer support, relationship management and sales.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing effective solutions, generating sales opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Responsibilities

- Interact with existing and prospective clients through calls, emails and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about products/services.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.




- Handle customer queries, concerns and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and follow-ups.
- Update CRM/database regularly.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Support the team in preparing sales reports and basic MIS.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
