Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Corporate Billing Executive with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, from a hospital or healthcare background.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling ESIC Portal and WBHS Portal billing processes, along with positive knowledge of documentation, claim submission, verification, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process corporate and institutional patient bills accurately and within defined timelines.
- Handle billing and claim-related activities on the ESIC Portal.
- Handle billing, documentation, and claim submission through the WBHS Portal.
- Verify patient details, authorization, treatment details, bills, and supporting documents before submission.




- Ensure accurate preparation and submission of claims as per ESIC/WBHS guidelines.
- Coordinate with hospital departments, patients, insurance/corporate representatives, and concerned authorities for billing-related requirements.
- Track submitted claims and follow up on pending, rejected, or returned claims.
- Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for corrections.
- Maintain proper records of bills, claims, approvals, supporting documents, and correspondence.
- Assist in reconciliation of submitted claims and payments received.
- Ensure timely closure of outstanding billing and claim-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient and financial information.
- Basic Computer Knowledge.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
